2 APPOINTMENT

4 SERVICES

5 OBLIGATIONS ON CUSTOMER

5.1 (Facilitate arrangement of Services): The Customer consents to find a way to encourage the arrangement of the Services by Office Experts Group, including:

(an) (Access): Arranging for staff or specialists of Office Experts Group to be furnished with sensible access (counting remote access) to the Customer Premises or frameworks when required; and

6 REPORTING AND INFORMATION

6.2 (Information): Office Experts Group consents to give the Customer sensible data with respect to the arrangement of the Services.

7 PAYMENTS, QUOTING, INVOICING, EXPENSES AND GST

7.1 (Quote): Upon sensible solicitation by the Customer, Office Experts Group may give a Quote to the arrangement of Services. The Quote will be readied having respect to the Proposed Scope. The Quote might be either (at the circumspection of Office Experts Group):

(an) a gauge of charges having respect to the Proposed Scope (Fee Estimate).
